All additional hours/part hours before or after stated times will be charged at the above stated rate.
It should be noted that fees should be paid by cheque, cash, BACS or childcare vouchers at the beginning of the week, month or term.
Cheques should be made payable to “Fourways Day Nursery Ltd”.
Notice requirement for termination of a place is four weeks in writing.
The nursery will be closed on Bank/Public holidays and for one week at Christmas. Fees are charged for Bank/Public holidays but not the Christmas closure, which includes Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.
Please note that due to demand for nursery places if a child can not attend the nursery due to sickness or family holiday you will still be charged for those days.
Fees are non refundable if days are cancelled.
Nursery Grant can not be claimed during holidays and half terms.
Fees for all Playscheme bookings are payable in advance in full to secure the child's place.
Baby milk, nappies, wipes, cotton wool and lotion should be provided by the parents / carer.
1.Please note that children in receipt of nursery grant (term time only) will have to pay for their children’s lunch for £3.15 per head. However there is an option to bring in a packed lunch at no extra cost.
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required to book a place for your child at Fourways Day Nursery. The £50.00 will be deducted from your last invoice.
